That's all great stuff, the only thing I would add is make sure that all project discussion is done via emails. Some clients will call me and give me direction that way and at the end I say "Okay, just so I understand this..." and then list what the client wants then I tell them to email all that to me so we both have a record. This saves a lot of time and hassle.
